Review App Settings -> Template
Built-in Review App templates are listed here and you can also enter the directory name of a custom template you’ve created at the bottom of the form (don’t forget to click the radio button next to your custom template name!).
More info on editing and creating your own templates can be found in the Customization section to the right.
